This electric drive handle kit is specially designed to retrofit ordinary manual pallet trucks into powered pallet jacks. Simply replace the original manual tiller with our integrated kit. No complicated structural modifications are needed, saving both time and installation cost.
Built-in high-efficiency brushless motor, paired with integrated controller, wiring harness, control buttons and safety electromagnetic brake. All core driving components are combined into one compact handle unit. The non-slip rubber handle grip follows ergonomic design for easy operation. It supports forward and reverse travel, fitted with emergency stop button for accident prevention. Made of heavy-gauge welded steel and finished with scratch-resistant coating. Rated capacity is 2000kg. It runs smoothly with low noise even during continuous warehouse operation.
It is a cost-effective upgrade solution. Instead of buying brand-new electric pallet trucks, warehouses can electrify their existing manual pallet jacks with this kit to reduce manual pulling work.
